Shipping Instructions

• Once the payment is confirmed, the shipping process takes approximately 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

• For custom-made items such as individually produced products or handmade shoes, the production and preparation period may take more than 15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

• In the case of shipping delays or reordered items, we will contact you individually with further information.

Exchange and Returns

• You must notify us of your intention to return a product within 7 days of receiving it, either via email or chatbot.

• When returning a product, all items received with the original order must be included.

• For exchanges or returns due to a change of mind, the shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

• For exchanges or returns due to wrong delivery or defective items, DINT will cover the shipping cost.

• Regarding the quality assurance policy: exchanges and returns are possible in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, within the scope of the consumer’s right to withdraw from a purchase.

In case exchange return is not possible

• If the product’s value is damaged due to wearing, washing, ironing, fragrance, or alterations.

• If the product’s value is diminished simply by trying it on (e.g., leggings, stockings, underwear, swimwear).

• If the product has a non-returnable sticker and its removal or damage affects the product’s value.

• If the return period has expired and the item is returned without prior notice.

• If the item is stained, deformed, wrinkled, or carries odors from being tried on, thus reducing its value.

• If the product tag has been removed, making the product no longer eligible for return.

• If a wrong or defective item was received but the product’s value was damaged due to wearing or washing.

  (For any of the above cases, if the product is returned without prior consultation or approval, the round-trip shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.)

Laundry method & precautions

• Clothing from DINT Co., Ltd. may become damaged or deformed if machine washed or tumble dried. We strongly recommend following the care instructions provided below.

• For leather and suede items, due to the nature of the material, color transfer may occur from friction or moisture. Please avoid contact with light-colored clothing or bags.

• Denim (jeans, coated jeans) and other dark-dyed garments may experience color fading or transfer. Please take extra care before the first wash and while wearing them.

• For shoes, use a dedicated shoe cleaner to gently clean only the stained areas.

• Accessories and miscellaneous items may discolor or deform over time, especially with long-term wear or storage.

  (We recommend storing them separately and using dedicated care products for maintenance.)
